PROPERTY PORTFOLIOBUILDER
Most people will need a number of investment properties to achieve their financial goal/s.
We work with clients in a long-term partnership to help them acquire a portfolio of residential property at a controlled rate. Some can buy multiple residential properties annually, while others may have to wait for a year or two between property purchases.
Property PortfolioBuilder is an annual review (or more often if required) to assess the performance of your current properties and your ability to purchase further property. The review looks at:

your Financial Plan - to make sure you are on track

|
the performance of your current investment properties and professionals
|
•
|
your ability to meet mortgage lending criteria for further borrowing
|
•
|
your Foundation and InvestorStrategy – changes are made if required
|
If you meet mortgage lending criteria and want to purchase a further property:

we apply for pre-approved mortgage finance
|
•
|
we locate another property for you.
|
If the time is not right to purchase another property, we will reschedule your Property PortfolioBuilder review to a later date.
At an appropriate time we will discuss potential “cashing up” strategies.
This may involve selling one or two properties to freehold the others so you can live off the rent/s.
The duration of the Property PortfolioBuilder meeting is up to 1 hour and there is no cost.
