THE TEAM

At Vantage NZ we have such a team:

• Marie Hazewinkel

Andre Hutley

In April 2009 Andre took over the ownership of Vantage NZ, having joined the company in August 2004.  He had previously been a client for 5 years.

Since the year 2000 Andre has personally built up a substantial property portfolio.

This includes residential and commercial - comprising free-standing houses, apartments and blocks of flats.

He has also completed an inner-city, re-development of a commercial building into 4 residential apartments.

As a result, Andre brings a range of skills to Vantage, including :

• a passion for property investing

• an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of the central Wellington residential market

• a background in analysis and statistical data

• long-standing relationships with key contacts in the Wellington property market

• extensive negotiation and project management skills.

Andre has obtained his National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) (Level 5) and is a qualified Authorised Financial Adviser [AFA].

Prior to his appointment at Vantage NZ, he held a number of managerial roles with Mobil Oil NZ Limited for 14 years.

Andre is from Palmerston North, but we won’t hold that against him!

He now loves living in Woburn, Lower Hutt, with his wife Julianne and their 4 children.

Marie Hazewinkel

A desire to actively help others create wealth for their financial future led Marie to Vantage NZ in April 2005.

Until recently Marie was involved in the new business and marketing-related activities for the company.  Marie now looks after the risk protection [insurance].

Marie is in the process of obtaining her National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice) (Level 5) to obtain Authorised Financial Adviser [AFA] status.

Prior to joining Vantage NZ, Marie held roles with Internal Audit at Telecom and Account Management positions at advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi and public relations company Consultus.

Marie is a born and bred Wellingtonian and loves living in Ngaio – far enough away, but not too far from the vibrancy of the city.

She is married to Glenn and they have 3 children.
